We are constantly brainstorming to try and find new products to add to the store, and any suggestions you may have are very appreciated.

We strive for nothing more than customer satisfaction - that is our top priority.  Missing packages, defective items, and other things will go wrong, but we will absolutely take care of our customers with a replacement or refund to make sure everyone is happy with our products.

For issues with our products, please email us at sales@threedgearguy.com and include your order number, a brief description of the product along with photos that pertain to the issue you've had and we'll do whatever we can to make it right.

Please note: Items sold in our store may be printed models of designs which are readily available on the internet. In those cases, we do not claim ownership of those designs and those designs will not have our brand name on them. For items sold without the 3DGearGuy branding, we are simply providing a 3D printing service. The amount paid by the buyer represents our 3D printing fee only. Any items bearing the 3DGearGuy markings are designed and owned by 3DGearGuy. For those designs with the 3DGearGuy markings, similar designs on the Internet are non-authorized reproductions of our proprietary design.
